Shipping & Handling

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders above $100. For orders below $100, we charge a flat rate of $9.95 per order. We also offer Express Post service at additional cost. International postage is calculated at checkout based on the order content and shipping destination.

We generally process and dispatch orders within 1 business day. However during peak periods it may take up to 3 days.

Yes, we use AusPost Express Post which generally delivers within 1-3 business days depending on postcode.

Most of our packages are sent with AusPost. However we also sometimes use a combination of other courier companies, such as CouriersPlease and Fastway. If you have any specific delivery requirements, please leave your instruction at checkout or contact us at

We ship to any location within Australia and selected international destinations. Please contact us at if you would like know shipping services to your country.

International customers are responsible for import tax and duty. Please check with your customs authorities before your purchase if you are unsure.

Returns and exchanges

We offer 14-days change-of--mind return/exchange in store and online, excluding items on sale, special orders, and personalised items. The item must be returned in brand new condition. 

Please get in touch with us immediately at and provide information on the faulty item. Our Customer Care Team will repair or replace any faulty in accordance with ACCC regulations. If we accidentally sent out a wrong product, we will replace it for you immediately. 

We offer a 6-month limited warranty on all Mocha and 12-month for some third party brands against manufacturing defects. Please contact us for more details.

We generally only offer repair or replacement on items that are faulty. However if the purchase is within 14 days, refund is an available option for online orders.

For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for organising the return postage. Mocha however will cover the postage for the new package. You may also return and exchange an item you bought online at one of our stores.

Yes, a Gift Voucher expires in 3 years from the date of purchase.
