Co-Founder & Creative Director
Entrepreneur, wife and mother of 3, Nicki our Creative Director is so much more than that. She is hands on at Mocha and single handedly creates and hand makes each piece of our Reborn Jewellery Collection from our Head Office in Melbourne. Her background in Graphic Design also sees her working with the marketing department where designs for our digital online platform and communications. Nicki is passionate, positive and inspiring, and although she is leader and mentor, she is above all our supporter.
A creative mind and kind heart, Nicki is proud of what she has created at Mocha, but is most proud of her 3 young children, Leor, Elly and Romy. Being a mum is the most important aspect of Nicki's life and her greatest achievement yet!
Retail Area Manager
Our Area Manager, Alicia is our Retail Guru, small in stature and big in personality. From creating her exceptional team in stores, to implementing business strategies and innovation, she has enormous passion for Mocha and strives for success. You may be surprised that she has over 20 years experience in managing and leading teams both in the specialty and department store retail environment.
Alicia is the mother of 2 adult sons aged 21 and 18. Outside of work she is a Zumba participant and one eyed Collingwood supporter. She loves a cold beer and to watch the footy on weekends.
Rarely do you see an RMIT trained Civil Engineer who found a passion for a career in fashion, but here is Queennie, our Inventory Controller. Starting out as the Store Manager of our store at “The Glen” Shopping Centre, Queennie’s drive and determination saw her promoted very quickly into to her current role at Mocha Head Office. She is a crucial part of our operation, our inventory mastermind who looks after the allocation of products throughout each store and our go-to person for any questions related to our range of external brands.
Queennie is a foodie and loves Korean Drama.
Store Manager - Werribee
Medina started with Mocha in 2017 as a casual and is currently the Store Manager of our Werribee store. She is a vibrant, motivated and hard-working member of our team recognised not only by those within the company, but customers too.
Alongside managing our Werribee store, Medina is studying a Bachelor of Law and also hopes to become a high school teacher in the near future. As well as her obsession with her golden retriever, Sven, she also loves the Mocha Chevron Boston bag which quickly replaced majority of the handbags in her collection.
Assistant Store Manager - Eastland
Carla is the Assistant Manager of our Eastland boutique where she oversees the daily operations of the store. Carla first started with Mocha as a casual back in August of 2018 when our Eastland store first opened.
Carla is currently studying nursing at university and is eager to pursue this in the future. Her favourite product is the leather Minnie Leather Tote – the perfect bag for any occasion!
Stephanie joined Mocha’s Production Team in 2019 and quickly fell in love with her role. She works beside our Production Manager throughout every step of our product development process, from design to prototyping, from manufacturing to logistics. Steph is passionate about fashion and has a proactive approach towards her work.
Steph enjoys art and music and is an avid pianist. She is an animal lover and has a German Shepherd named Mika.
