To our amazing community,

We are deeply committed to the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers and community. As result of recent developments, we have made the very hard decision to temporarily close our boutiques as of today 29th March.

For us, as a small family business, our stores are our heart and soul of the brand so you can appreciate this decision did not come lightly. We tried wholeheartedly to postpone a temporary closure as much as we possible but our greatest priority is always the health and safety of our team members and you, our loyal customers.

I would like to personally thank our devoted and passionate team. These last few weeks I have been so humbled and proud of each and everyone one of them. You have continued to provide outstanding service during this difficult time.

I would also like to thank you, our customers for your continued support. Your dedication to keep a small family business surviving during such trialling times, and for all the kind words of support - I am forever grateful.

Shop Online 24/7
I am glad to say that our online platform will still be operating as per usual. There could be slight delays with our dispatch and AusPost's transit due to "social distancing" rules, but rest assured we will process all orders as quickly and safely as possible. You can also keep in touch through Facebook and Instagram because we would definitely love to interact with you via our social platforms.

Free Shipping
In order to make online shopping easier and more cost-effective for you, we will offer FREE shipping with any order over $50, effective from Monday 23rd March.

Extended Return/Exchange Period
We are extending our return and exchange period to 60 days and that is effective from Monday 23rd March. And we do accept returns via mail. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Additional Rewards Points
Our recently launched Mocha Online Rewards have receiving overwhelming interest. As a “Thank You’ to all our loyal customers who have been supporting us, Mocha will be offering additional rewards points when you shop online during this period. More details will be sent your way in the coming days. We will also be happy to honour points for your past purchases online and in-store. Please contact us at to enquire.
